Onboarding, rebuilt from the first click
New users were abandoning setup before reaching value. I led discovery across 40+ session recordings and 18 interviews, cut the first-run flow from nine steps to three, and shipped it behind a staged rollout.
Product Manager — open to senior roles, 2026
I'm MC — a product manager with six years across B2B SaaS and marketplaces, leading teams from the first discovery call to post-launch iteration.

New users were abandoning setup before reaching value. I led discovery across 40+ session recordings and 18 interviews, cut the first-run flow from nine steps to three, and shipped it behind a staged rollout.
Flat pricing was leaving expansion revenue on the table. I ran a Van Westendorp study, modeled three packaging scenarios with finance, and led the migration of 2,300 accounts with churn guardrails in place.
Disputes were eroding repeat purchase on both sides. I reframed the problem around seller verification, shipped ID checks plus a structured resolution flow, and built the ops dashboard the support team actually wanted.
Field users were living in spreadsheets. I scoped the smallest lovable mobile app, ran a 12-customer beta with weekly ride-alongs, and sequenced the roadmap so engineering shipped every two weeks from day one.
(02) — About
I started in customer support, which means I learned the product the hard way — one frustrated user at a time. That instinct never left: I write specs from the ticket queue backwards.
Since then I've shipped across B2B SaaS, marketplaces, and mobile — usually as the first or only PM, translating founder ambition into a plan an engineering team can believe in. I'm happiest in the messy middle: enough evidence to move, not enough to be certain.
Every roadmap line traces back to a ticket, a transcript, or a number.
Two-week increments beat six-month bets — smaller wagers, faster truth.
A decision that isn't documented will be re-litigated. Memos over meetings.
(03) — Skills
Continuous interviewing, JTBD framing, usability testing, and turning raw transcripts into decisions a team can act on.
Positioning, opportunity sizing, and roadmaps written as testable bets — sequenced by risk, not by stakeholder volume.
Self-serve SQL, funnel and retention analysis, and A/B tests designed with guardrails — so wins are real, not noise.
Crisp specs, honest trade-off conversations, and rituals that keep engineers shipping and stakeholders calm.
